Refund & Cancellation Policy

a. General

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through the Course Management System application for services/products provided by Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT). By making a payment on this web application software, you agree to this policy.

b. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of making the payment
  • The service/product has not yet been delivered, initiated, or processed

Once a service is initiated or a product is dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.

For digital services, application fees, registrations, or bookings, cancellation may not be permitted once submitted.

c. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but service not confirmed
  • Service not delivered as promised
  • Transaction failed but amount debited

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service is initiated
  • Incorrect information provided by the user
  • Delay caused by third-party service providers
  • Non-refundable services clearly mentioned at the time of payment

d. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must email us at tet@cdit.org with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date of payment
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for refund request

After verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

e. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited within 7 – 10 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.

f. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on:

  • Stage of service completion
  • Deductions for administrative or processing charges, if any

g. Mode of Refund

All refunds will be processed only through the original payment method. No cash or cheque refunds will be provided.

h. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

i. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
